To dream a little dream-Pennsylvania

Biceps and I have a dream that has been formulating over the past year. We lease a coach (like the one we typically tour in) that houses 12 people, complete with toilet, shower and sinks.

Since both of us have our CDL and are used to driving 45′ Prevost’s, we would take our families throughout the east coast for a fall leaf tour.
We would pay for everything-their airfare to get to us, the food each time we eat out, any horrible souvenirs they must have-everything. And we would drive wherever we wanted to go.

It would look a little something like this.

Except with a few of these weirdos on board…

…along with several more from this side.

We would be sipping coffee as we pass by this type of landscape, talking of what we will eat for lunch…

…which of course would naturally progress into what we are having for dinner.

My dad would talk about the, “Beauty of God’s creation”-one of his favorite things to say.
And Bicep’s dad would be curious about “how fast can a bus go?”.

No matter what, we’d be together, drinking coffee and making memories. At least, that’s how it happens in my dream-world. What’s your dream?

I love your dream! I want to live in one of those big RV’s for a year! Holla!

My and hubbs current dream… don’t laugh at me b/c we are so doing this some day!… is to buy 15 acres or so and build a nice big house with lots of toys. Then we can build my sister’s family a house at the other end of the lot, and my mom and dad can come live there too. Hell, let’s just move the whole family out there. I want a pool and lots of dirt bikes and ATVs. Oh, and a zip line and a tree house.

I want my kids to grow up in the sticks. Where they are safe from kidnappers driving by, and where they are fenced in – but with lots of places to run and play and dig.

We actually plan on starting to shop for the land and/or house in about 1.5 to 2 years. As soon as we can sell this house and afford the new place. Basically I just want lots of land to fart around on and no neighbors to tell me to clean up the piles of wood and tires on the side of the house. I like to call it “living white trash with money”.

I love this idea! And I love that you want to “fart” around somewhere. I think that might be Bicep’s dream too….

It sounds a little bit like you’d want a compound. Am I getting this straight? We are totally into the same thing and even considered buying an abandoned school in order to house everyone. I would love to have all of my family near. “Compound Greiman”. Has a nice ring to it, don’t you think?

Move to Texas and you guys can live on our compound with us. My family is all crazy, so it’s always some big wild drama party.

TEXAS?! I do like the sound of that….Hm…now to get all 3 brothers, 1 brother in law and both sets of parents to follow. I bet if I had a little bambino they might come. Fingers crossed….

Is it bad that I want to live on a compound? LOL. I just want my kids to be able to run around outside w/o getting kidnapped. And I want them to be able to climb trees, and dig holes, and look for rocks. You know, usual kid stuff. And I really like having people around me – I hate being alone – so that is why I want my family there. So it’s like Christmas (w/o the gifts) every day.

My dream: Surf bum in Costa Rica with a good man, my friends, and family by my side. I better work on my long forgotten Spanish first.
